Cancellation and Refund Policy
Within the First 10 Days
- If you request cancellation within 10 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of your premium.
- To request cancellation, please send an email to support.my@wisedrive.com with your policy details and cancellation request.
- Your coverage will be terminated immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request.
- You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation Request Received After 10 Days
- If you request cancellation after the first 10 days, you are not entitled to a refund of your premium.
- However, you may still submit a cancellation request to terminate your coverage at any time.
- Your coverage will end on the date specified in your cancellation request.
Payment and Refund Methods
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- If you would like to arrange an alternative refund method, please contact our support team at support.my@wisedrive.com.
