Cancellation and Refund Policy

Within the First 10 Days

  1. If you request cancellation within 10 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of your premium.
  2. To request cancellation, please send an email to support.my@wisedrive.com with your policy details and cancellation request.
  3. Your coverage will be terminated immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request.
  4. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation Request Received After 10 Days

  1. If you request cancellation after the first 10 days, you are not entitled to a refund of your premium.
  2. However, you may still submit a cancellation request to terminate your coverage at any time.
  3. Your coverage will end on the date specified in your cancellation request.

Payment and Refund Methods

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
  2. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  3. If you would like to arrange an alternative refund method, please contact our support team at support.my@wisedrive.com.
